This Lynx Professional Grill comes standard with two 25,000 BTU cast ceramic burners totaling 50,000 BTUs. The 470 square inch primary and 215 square inch secondary cooking surface give this grill a 685 square inch cooking surface. The Professional grill line has advanced features such as balanced hoods, seamless welded exteriors, internal halogen lighting and control knobs illuminated by blue LEDs.
This unit is built to handle the most demanding clients, with heavy-gauge stainless steel, cast-ceramic burners, ceramic briquettes and the optional Trident sear zones. Unlike most sear zones that are either on or off, the Lynx Trident infrared burner is variable, allowing you to sear a thick steak or grill low heat foods such as fish and chicken.
The quality can be seen and felt by the lack of screws and the absence of sharp edges. The heli-arc welded joints help eliminate places were moisture and grease can collect making it easier to keep clean.
