This Lynx Professional Grill on Cart comes standard with two 25,000 BTU ceramic burners totaling 50,000 BTUs. The 470 square inch primary and 215 square inch secondary cooking surface give this grill a 685 square inch cooking surface. The Professional grill line has advanced features such as balanced hoods, seamless welded exteriors, internal halogen lighting and control knobs illuminated by blue LEDs. This unit is built to handle the most demanding clients, with heavy-gauge stainless steel, ceramic burners, ceramic briquettes and the optional trident sear zones.
